Job Description

Our client, a leader in Petroleum industry , is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team.  You will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s talent acquisition strategy.

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualifications in related field
  • Minimum of 8- 10 years’ experience in recruitment, assessment and talent management (corporate and agency/consulting environments)
  • Experience in dealing with Executive, Senior and Middle Managers
  • Proven track record in a recruitment role sourcing top talent, optimizing digital channels and other recruitment tools
  • Experience in technical recruitment in a manufacturing and retail environment
  • Experience in implementing the best recruitment strategy around graduate attraction and internships
  • Analytical capability for data interpretation, reporting and setting recruitment strategies
  • Experience in Assessments
  • Experience in Succession Management will be deemed advantageous
  • Exposure to both strategic and operational recruitment and selection deliverables
  • Knowledgeable in local labour laws and best practices in employment equity
  • Experience in driving EVP initiatives
  • Knowledge and understanding of South Africa’s talent landscape including trends, best practice, and innovative sourcing
  • Knowledge and Experience of assessments tools and role fit assessment batteries
  • Strong problem-solving skills and Proven negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge and exposure of Recruitment Systems
