Job Description
Our client is seeking a Treasury Supervisor to join their team. As the Treasury Supervisor, you will be responsible to lead all activities related to Treasury and Accounts Receivables, reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Accounting, to ensure proper support is provided to Finance management i.e. treasury, insurance, accounting and reporting, accounts receivable, operational improvement, stakeholder engagement, people management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in a finance role, experience in Treasury and Accounts Receivables,
- Insurance & Credit Management is key
- Solid experience in developing Treasury financial models to assess various financial plans, such as Cash Flow models, operating profit/loss, and net income; performs financial analyses
- Experience in preparing and presenting proposals to recommend changes in Cash Flow improvement initiatives
- Experience in leading corporate Insurance policies from inception to claims management
- Proven experience with managing the accounts receivable experience
- A minimum of 2 years of direct reports manager
- Solid Stakeholder engagement (Sales staff/retail engagement would be an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills are required, as well as the ability to create excel templates, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasting model
- Demonstrated working experience within multinational or global organizations is required
