Job Description

Our client in the retail industry is looking for a Service Desk Consultant to join their team.  You will provide 1st line technical support, provide support telephonically and via email to users, ensure calls are resolved within SLA, prioritise and manage Incidents / Requests and Problems, provide trend and pertinent feedback to line manager on common problems, Quality of service by keeping Incidents and Request updated daily on system

 Must have:

 1 year experience in similar support environment

Knowledge of retail operations

Minimum of Matric qualification (Grade 12 qualification)

An IT qualification / certification or diploma would be an advantage

Computer literacy is essential

Accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent verbal communications and people skills

Must have reliable transport

Must be able to work shifts (incl. weekends and public holidays)
