Job Description

Our client is seeking an Onboarding and Customer Support Co-ordinator to join their team.  You will be responsible for onboarding new customers and users and offer ongoing support on the app platform (SAAS).

Must have:

  • Min. 3 years onboarding experience in a similar environment (app driven)
  • Good command of the English language
  • Computer literate
