Job Description

Our client is seeking a Media Operations Co-ordinator to join their team.  You will work closely with the GM, providing administrative support to the GM and the departments operations and including managing media attendance and accreditation for events.

 Must have:

  • 3 years qualification in management/communication/commercial – essential
  • Secretarial/Administration certification
  • 3 – 5 years’ work experience as an executive secretary or administrator – essential
  • 3 years of project management experience is essential
  • Experience in contract management is essential
  • Writing experience will be an advantage
  • Supervisory experience is essential
  • Working at a stadium is essential
  • Media operations and media accreditation essential
