Job Description
Our client, luxury retailer based in Cape Town seeks an IR Specialist to join dynamic, young HR Team.
Pref Admitted Attorney with 3 years post articles in corporate or retail environment
Responsibilities will include:
– Drafting of Contracts , Policies and Procedures within the HR/IR space
– Offering guidance to all staff on IR matters, including Labour Law and Regulations
– Investigate and resolve employee complaints , grievances, disputes
– Provide guidance on Performance Management and Disciplinary procedures
– Company representation at CCMA
