Job Description

Our client is seeking a HR Systems & Data Analyst to join their team.  You will be responsible for analysing complex data sets, writing clear business documentation such as business process documents, technical specifications and training documents.

Must have:

Relevant tertiary/B degree in Human Resources Management or similar

At least 5 years experience in an HR Analytical or HR Generalist with system and reporting experience

Experience in implementing/supporting HR solutions, performance management, learning and development

Experience in SAP HCM, PowerBI or similar
