Group Finance Accountant  – Cape Town

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Group Finance Accountant to join their team.  You will be responsible for Group Annual Financial Statements, Technical Accounting, Statutory AFS and returns, year end reporting etc.

• Qualified CA;
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel essential;
• IT/Finance systems aptitude including familiarity with Oracle Financials and CDM would be advantageous;
• 1-2 years post articles experience;
• Strong financial accounting skills;
• Experience in the preparation of IFRS compliant AFS;
• Experience in dealing with staff on executive and middle management level;
• Retail Industry experience would be advantageous
