Financial Shared Services Centre Manager (FSSC)  – Cape Town

Job Description

Our JSE listed client is seeking a Financial Shared Services Centre Manager to join their team.  You will be responsible for the overall management of the group’s financial shared services centre (FSSC). The function houses procure-to-pay and payroll functions.

Must have:

CA (SA)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Financial Managerial role

Proven leadership experience with a track record of leading a large team and an ability to work with different cultures is essential

Demonstrable track record of managing a Finance Shared Service Centre, inclusive of payroll centre would be advantageous

Experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP
