Job Description
Our client in the academic sector is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The main purpose of this position is: Provide an effective support for the Assistant Finance Manager with key emphasis to Debtors Management and control especially with respect to the PMR unit while providing a financial service to IAPO.
An appropriate accounting qualification (Finance Diploma or General Administrative Diploma), OR equivalent experience, equating to 3-4 years with similar/same responsibilities as sought for this position.
A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, junior-to-middle level with well-developed administrative skills, and exposure to various aspects of administration and finance.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Computer literacy – acceptable level of proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems experience essential.
