Job Description
Our client in Wealth Management Industry is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their team. The role will include advisor and operational support, administration of client accounts, compliance monitoring, and liaison with both clients and FSPs.
The candidate will need to have a fundamental understanding of tax, financial products, security protocol and data protection requirements.
Requirements:
- B.Com/BLLB degree or equivalent
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- High level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel
Preferable:
- Diploma or experience in Financial Planning
- Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive
- Knowledge of FAIS and POPIA compliance
- Skills in (or eagerness to learn) advanced Excel, data management, MS Power Apps, foreign exchange trading, or investment principlesRE5 license or willingness to obtain it
