Job Description

Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Client Services Administrator to work in their Durban Walk-in Centre.  You will assist walk in clients with queries, confirm and verify client information, administer documentations, dealing with translations etc.

Must have:

Grade 12

At least 2 years client service related experience within financial services (essential)

Computer literate

Able to speak, read and write:  English, Xhosa/Zulu

Compliance assessment experience is an advantage
