Job Description

Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their team.  You will be responsible for dealing with queries and complaints i.e. dealing with incoming calls, returning calls, following up on requests, translating written correspondence into English etc.

Must have:

  • Grade 12
  • Credit and criminal clear
  • Min 2 years customer service experience within a call centre environment essential
  • Able to speak, read and write (you will be assessed):
  • English, Venda, Xhosa, Zulu, Tsonga and/or Tshangaan

or

  • English, Xhosa, Zulu, Sotho, Setswana and Sepedi

or

  • English and Portuguese
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
