Client Liaison Ambassador (Financial Services) – Johannesburg

Job Description

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Client Liaison Ambassador to join their team.  You will be responsible for organizing and facilitating various projects i.e. roadshows, which includes securing venues, educating clients, assisting with completing documents, collecting documents, tracing of clients, general client service administration etc.

Must have:

Grade 12

Sound knowledge of Beneficiary/trust funds, unclaimed benefits, pension funds act and other related financial legislation, acts and regulations (preferable)

Previous experience in dealing with clients face-to-face (tracing, advising, completing documentation etc)

An appropriate understanding of the area economic, cultural and political environment

Proven experience in research methods

Good experience in Office administration

Valid Drivers license is essential

Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP) is recommended

Must be able to speak, read and write in English and at least 2 other Official South African Languages

Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel)
