Job Description

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team.  You will assist in a range of projects within the Shared Services Projects and provide analysis in support of strategic decisions.  Responsibilities will be to analyses and capture business needs, assist in finding innovative solutions to business needs and liaises between finance, IT and HR and the entities improving on the quality of Finance, IT and HR services.

Must have:

Relevant university degree.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A drive to implement continuous improvements in processes and utilize technology to streamline processes.

5-7 years of relevant experience including business process and software/technology analytical experience.

Experience in change management, or in other situations that demonstrate an ability to relate to colleagues at different levels and across different operating environments

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
